Can I please just say that your team have been amazing with this package, pulling out all the stops in emergency situations. I know Mum is very pleased with In Caring Hands and trusts all the team. As we know it is difficult for parents to relax when their son’s and daughters are with others and she values her breaks and thinks very highly of your team.

Service Users Mum, said that this is the 1st summer holiday that she has had in years, that hasn't resulted in her curled up in a corner crying from stress. It was fantastic to see the team and of course service users. The respite placement is wonderful, its homely and comfortable and I can see how much thought and attention to detail has gone into things to make it just right for the fabulous individuals in your care. You all do such a superb job, and it really pleases me to see how you include the service users in all you do, even down to individuals choosing what they would like for lunch.

The team today were so focussed on the service users and obviously have the most wonderful relationships with them, every aspect of their day is carefully thought out and this shows.
